All reviews, guides, and content published on Mountainreview are written by testers and passionate experts with maximum care, attention, and technical expertise, based on field tests.
However, it is specified that every review and evaluation expressed on the site constitutes a personal and subjective opinion of the author. The user experience with a product may vary based on individual abilities, weather conditions, physical body traits of the user, and other environmental variables. Reviews therefore have a purely informative and guidance value.
3. Technical Data and Information Provided by Manufacturers

Mountainreview, the site ownership, and individual authors/testers disclaim any and all liability for accidents, injuries, physical or material damages, or financial losses that may arise from or be related to:

PART II – SPECIAL SECTION FOR SPECIALIZED SHOPS (SHOPS SERVICE)
7. Subject and Purpose of the Shops Service
Mountainreview offers specialized outdoor product shops a dedicated showcase to increase their visibility. Through a reserved area (back-end), shop owners can independently manage their store profile, update contact information, and select the brands they carry.
8. Data Origin and Representation
Information regarding shops on the portal may originate from public data, notifications from brand partners, or submissions by the shop owner. Users accessing the reserved area represent and warrant that they are the shop owner or a formally authorized representative.
9. Responsibility for Content and Brand Management
The shop owner is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the submitted data. In particular, they agree to select only brands for which they maintain an actual and suitable product selection in store.
Verification and brand updates: To ensure information accuracy for the community, Mountainreview reserves the right to verify, update, correct, or remove brands associated with a shop profile, including upon notifications provided directly by manufacturing companies or brand owners.
10. Free Nature, Deletion, and Liability of the Shops Service
The Shops Service is currently provided free of charge, with Mountainreview reserving the right to introduce advanced paid features or services in the future subject to advance notice.
Shops may request modification or complete removal of their profile at any time and at no cost by writing to: info@mountainreview.com.
Mountainreview is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or service interruptions, and remains completely uninvolved in any negotiations, sales, or disputes between the shop and end customers.
PART III – FINAL PROVISIONS
11. Personal Data Processing
Personal data provided by users and shop owners will be processed in compliance with European data protection regulations (GDPR – EU 2016/679). Details regarding processing can be consulted in the Privacy & Cookie Policy of Mountainreview.com.
12. Amendments and Applicable Law
Mountainreview reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. The updated version will always be published on Mountainreview.com. These Terms are governed by Italian law.
